ANTICOVID-19 PROTOCOL

In the face of the emergency caused by the Covid-19 virus, ZAP EXPERIENCE has implemented a rigid protocol for the protection of Covid-19 as indicated by the Government and Ministry of Health.

ZAP EXPERIENCE has prepared:

  • promotion of online ticket booking and purchase systems;
  • use of multilingual signs or informative “QR Code”;
  • limited and programmed accesses with compulsory courses;
  • social distancing of 1 meter;
  • installation of an adequate number of disinfectant dispensers;
  • appropriate sanitation of transit areas and surfaces exposed to contact;
  • are the check-in and check-out procedures carried out outside / Check-in procedure, check-out during navigation

 

Boarding

Multi-day trip with overnight stay on board.

  • Crews made up of families living together: no particular requirements, except for a mask during boarding.

Access with shoes used on the ground is not allowed upon arrival at the boarding post.

  • Crews made up of friends and cohabitants: cohabiting people can occupy the cabin without restrictions, instead singles must occupy the cabin alone (it must not be shared with anyone else) and have 1 dedicated bathroom, which cannot be shared with others. When going below deck it is mandatory to wear a mask.

Access with shoes used on the ground is not allowed upon arrival at the boarding post.

In navigation no PPE, but the distance of 1 meter must be guaranteed, when there is no possibility to maintain the distance of 1 meter, a mask must be worn.

All occupants are reminded to wash their hands often and use sanitizer.

Singol day trip:

  • group of friends and / or families for normal capacity;
  • people must wear a mask when boarding and if you go down to the dinette / bathroom;
  • access with shoes used on the ground is not allowed upon arrival at the boarding post.

Sanitation measures

  • A multilingual vademecum on the procedures to be followed daily is posted on the boat.
  • The disinfection of all internal surfaces with disinfectant and disinfection of the mattresses is guaranteed.
  • The disinfection of all rooms is guaranteed, including motor and service ones.
  • For each location, any (extra) linen will be placed on the beds in a sealed bag, so that customers can make the beds themselves.
  • The mattresses are sanitized and the bed linen set is supplied in sealed bags.
  • All kitchen utensils, plates and glasses are also sanitized.
  • Disinfection of the exterior of the boat, wheelhouse, lockers and cushions.
  • If a customer reports Coronavirus symptoms during their cruise, their boat will be thoroughly cleaned and left for at least 72 hours before next use.

 

Navigation and system rules

There remains the obligation to comply with the regulations for travel within the Region and between Regions.
